JCIS Inc did above and beyond what was required and maintained fantastic communications throughout the job. Juan and his crew were very professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire job. I highly recommend them for roofing and all the repairs that have to be done for the roof to be put on right. His contract was thorough and price was fair. No surprises. I couldn't have asked for anything more than what I got. Very grateful to Juan and his crew for their attention to detail and professionalism in wanting to do every part of the job correctly. JCIS Roofing IS the company to call when you need good quality honest work. Owner Juan Cisneros came out right away to give us bid when most companies were "too busy" for "just" a repair. In fact, Juan offered to begin work on a Sunday just to make sure we didnt sustain any rain damage. JCIS Roofing arrived on time and got right to work. But here's what really sets this company apart. Juan was the ONLY licensed contractor who gave me a honest assessment up front without playing the insurance game, or telling me how in demand roofers are right now, (and they are). And he finished the job in ONE DAY, when other companies claimed it would take weeks. I'm so pleased we made the right call to JCIS roofing! ~ Karen B

We used JCIS Roofing to perform a roof lift and lay in preparation of a solar system installation. Juan was the lead Supervisor of the installation crew. He along with the installers were very courteous and professional. Juan answered our many questions to our satisfaction and went into detail about materials used and how they would be installed. JCIS Roofing Manager, Julian, suggested a change to the design of the solar layout that in essence enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the solar panel layout. We were very thankful that JCIS had the ingenuity to make that change and give our solar project a much better appearance. We bought a Kaufman & Broad house (mass production and they only build to make it through the warranty period - then the next day fail). Our roof had several leaks this last winter and we also wanted to add solar. JCIS and Juan were contracted by the solar company and we could have not found a better roofing company if we tried to do it ourselves. We did a full roof replacement and it was scheduled to take 4 days. Juan and his team completed the full replacement and did repairs in three major areas of leaks in just 2 DAYS! The project was pretty crazy with a dumpster, tools, hoses everywhere, etc. and they left our property clean ( like nothing was done. The also added new venting for the attic to cool and painted all the new stuff to match the roof. JCIS was great and super happy with them. ~ Mike L

JCIS did a great job on our house. They went above and beyond what you would expect. There was a miss understanding between us on the scope of work. And Juan the supervisor came over and with in minutes he had it resolved. JCIS made it right and did the extra work at no cost to use. We are putting Soar on the house and now know the roof will last longer than the solar system. Also did a good job cleaning up. Looks better now around the house then before they arrived to remove and install a new roof. If you want a good roof installed with a great company I recommend you use JCIS. ~ Jim S

We dealt with the owner, Juan, through the entire process. JCIS had competitive prices, great communication and always answered my calls and worked with me, helped with placing a tarp to mitigate a leak before the roof was able to be repaired, there were no delays in the start date or schedule, and no excuses just problems being solved as they were encountered. I highly recommend Juan's company, Juan Cisneros Roofing Company. Juan is really great on his prices and does an outstanding job. He is friendly and answers all of your questions professionally. If you are in the North County San Diego area or even greater San Diego area, I definitely recommend using Juan. He is especially great with seniors in mobile home parks. Juan and his crew did an amazing job for us on our roof. Great attention to detail including our chimney, skylights, exhaust fans and vent pipes. Rows of the tiles are dead straight, perfectly straight lines, awesome, awesome work. Cleaned up all areas surrounding our home including our balcony, AC unit and landscape. Juan and his team did a great job. They responded the next day to inspect leaks that I'd found in my attic and also found a corner of my roof that needed repair (missed by the home inspection). They completed all work the rapidly and just before more stormy weather arrived. Juan provided a very helpful summary of work that I could hand off to the people buying my home. JCIS Roofing did an outstanding job in Re Roofing our home. I recommend getting a few quotes from others just to see how well they beat the competition with pricing. They used a drone to map out our roof and after discussing what we wanted done they sent over a quote right away. Any damage they may find after would obviously increase the quote which is expected. However, they communicated with us every step of the job and even made recommendations on things we would've never even thought about. For instance, updating the vents in the roof. Any changes to what needed to be done, were sent over promptly for our approval prior to work being done. It's nice not to have surprises on your bill! They showed up promptly each day. Each day they cleaned up around the house, not a nail, or debris left to harm feet or pets. I also liked the raport the Roofing team had with each other. A very fun and friendly bunch. They enjoy their work and it shows. The entire job took 3 days and we are very happy with the results. We now have a roof that will probably outlive us! Now that's piece of mind!
